Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping service:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • We currently ship within the United States

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Dermagrace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. You may purchase shipping insurance at checkout. USPS automatically insures packages up yo $100 (USPS terms apply).
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before reaching out to us.

Shipping Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
